Augura is an AI future planner and calendar, for planning and reflection.

3. AI-generated content

4. Free features and Premium

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium is sold through Google Play on Android and the App Store on iOS, under each store's terms:

6. Acceptable use

Don't:

We may limit or suspend access to the AI features for anyone who breaks these rules.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its texts belong to The Alchemist Code.

8. Privacy

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on a projection or any other output, or for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under laws that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted at this address with a new date.
